Matthias Dolderer

Aerobatic pilot, air race world champion

With his victory in the seventh race of the 2016 Red Bull Air Race World Championship at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Germany's Matthias Dolderer made history: not only was he the first pilot to win a race at the legendary speedway, he is also the first German world champion ever in the ultimate motorsport series of the skies.

Matthias Dolderer completed his first flights at the age of three together with his father. He grew up in his parents' flying school and was infected by the "airplane" virus at an early age. He was 14 when he made his first solo flight, and since then his whole life has revolved around aviation.

In his keynote speeches, Matthias Dolderer not only succeeds in transferring his enthusiasm for flying to the audience, but also understands how to relate his experiences as an air race pilot as well as the lessons of racing flying to current economic situations. How does teamwork work properly? What is the most efficient way to motivate employees? And how can unconventional thinking "outside the box" move companies forward? These are questions that Matthias Dolderer knows how to answer like no other in his lectures.
